Relocations keep this town moving, and a move-out clean has one requirement that outranks every other: the house has to be ready on a date set by a contract. Tell us the closing or walkthrough date and whether the house will be empty — an empty house cleans faster and dries faster — and we bring air movers so it is genuinely dry on the day rather than damp on the day.
The colonials here run to four or five carpeted bedrooms plus the main stair, and The Hills townhomes put a carpeted flight between every level. We sequence the rooms so the first is walkable while the last is still being cleaned, and the stairs are worked by hand — three faces per tread, none of which a machine head sits flat on. That is the slowest surface in any house and the one most often skimped.
Every photograph on this site was taken on a job. Nothing is stock, and no “after” has been touched beyond cropping and resizing — an after that got prettier in software is not an after.

A photograph of the worst patch is the fastest route to a straight answer. If something is not going to lift, we would rather say so now than at the door.

Bob was great. He communicated clearly what the job would entail and was honest about what stains could not be 100% removed. Was happy with the service. The carpets looked brand new again!

A four-bedroom colonial with a staircase is a different quote from a two-level townhome, so it is priced on what is actually there rather than a per-room figure that would be wrong for most of this town. The estimate is free, written, and you get it before anything is booked.
Call as soon as you have the date, and we will tell you honestly what is still open — the calendar is the only thing that decides it and it changes daily. What matters more than the notice is that we know the closing or walkthrough date when you book, because the schedule is built backwards from it and air movers come along when it is tight.

Usually yes, after a fiber check and a dye test in a hidden corner — that test is what stands between a clean rug and a bled one. Worth knowing: the floor under a rug is almost never as clean as the rug, so plan on doing both while the room is clear.
Yes — those are the same round. Basking Ridge, Liberty Corner and West Millington are all Bernards Township, and Bernardsville, Far Hills, Bedminster and Warren are minutes away. Nothing gets dropped off anywhere: the machine travels to the house, which is why one end of the township is the same journey to us as the other.
