Privacy policy
This website collects two things: what you type into the contact form, and standard advertising measurement through a Google Ads tag. There is no newsletter, no profile, no account and nothing sold to anybody. If you want what you sent deleted, email us and it will be.
Who this is

What the contact form collects
Your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the town or ZIP code of the property, which service you need, and whatever you write in the description box. We use it to reply to you and to plan the visit. We do not use it for marketing to you afterwards unless you ask us to.
The form also records the page you sent it from and any advertising parameters present in the URL — the standard utm_source, utm_medium,utm_campaign, utm_term andutm_content values, plus gclid,gbraid, wbraid and fbclid where they exist. These tell us which advert or link brought you here. They contain no personal information.
Advertising measurement
This site loads a Google Ads tag (ID AW-16973213387) so we can tell which adverts produce inquiries. It is served by Google and sets cookies under Google’s own terms. It is the only third-party script on this website. The home page also embeds our Google Business Profile as a map, which loads from Google. Everything else — every image, font, stylesheet and icon — is served from this domain.
If you would rather not be measured, browser-level ad and tracking blockers stop it, and nothing on this site breaks when they do.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
- We do not run a mailing list from this form.
- We do not require an account, and there is nothing to log in to.
- We do not ask for payment details on this website.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as they are useful for scheduling, follow-up and our own records. If you want yours removed, email Carpetcleaningwizardsnj@gmail.com and say so; we will delete it and confirm.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email is the simplest route and we will answer it.
Photographs of work
We photograph jobs before and after, and we show those photographs to the customer. A picture of your home is only published on this website or on our social profiles with your agreement. Every photograph currently on this site is of work we carried out.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
