Can you work in a walk-up with no lift?

Yes — it is most of what we do in Hoboken and Union City. Equipment goes up by hand. Tell us the floor when you book so the visit is scheduled with the time it actually needs.

My building requires a certificate of insurance. Can you provide one?

Ask when you book and we will sort out what the building's management needs before the appointment. Waterfront towers usually want it in advance along with a service lift reservation, and it is far easier to handle in advance than on the day.

Is there anywhere to park?

Rarely, and we plan for that. Let us know if the building has a loading dock or a service entrance, or if a visitor space can be reserved. Where there is nothing, we work from the closest legal spot and carry.

Will the machine disturb the neighbours below?

There is noise, in the range of a household vacuum for the length of the job. Most buildings have no issue with it during ordinary hours. If yours has restrictions, tell us and we will book inside them.
