This page is deliberately short on story, because we would rather publish four things we can stand behind than a page of history we cannot.
We tell you what will not come out
Old pet urine, bleach and some dyes change the fiber itself, and no cleaning brings back a color that has gone. Saying so before a booking costs us a job occasionally. Saying it afterwards costs a customer.
We photograph the work
Before and after, on the job, shown to the customer at the door. It is how this business has always run, and it is why every photograph used as evidence on this site is a real staircase in a real house rather than stock.
We come to you
There is no shop, no counter and no address to bring a rug to. Everything — carpet, upholstery, rugs, mattresses, tile — is cleaned in the home, including the floor underneath the rug.
We answer the phone
At any hour, by appointment. For most of what we do that is a convenience. For water damage it is the service itself, because the first day or two decides whether a floor is saved.
What we use
Non-toxic, biodegradable products, safe around family and pets. Nothing we bring into a house needs the windows opened afterwards or the dog kept elsewhere for the day. The most common thing customers say about it is the opposite of what they expected — that the house smelled fresh rather than smelling of cleaning.
The method for carpet is hot-water extraction: heated solution goes into the pile under pressure and comes straight back out through the same head, carrying the soil with it. Upholstery and mattresses get a low-moisture version of the same idea, because foam and padding hold water for days and there is no way to air out the middle of a cushion.

- Guarantees with no terms. A guarantee that does not say what it covers is a word, not a promise.
