What we clean
Six services, one standard. Every visit begins with an inspection and a fiber test and ends with a walk-through of the result.
Sofa and upholstery cleaning
Fabric and leather sofas, sectionals, recliners and dining chairs, cleaned in place with a low-moisture method. Dry in 4 to 8 hours.
Area and oriental rug cleaning
Wool, silk-blend, oriental and synthetic rugs cleaned in your home with the method suited to the fiber. Every rug is color-tested first.
Mattress cleaning
Dust mites, allergens, perspiration and stains extracted from the mattress. Low moisture, non-toxic products, ready for use the same night.
Tile and grout cleaning
Pressure extraction that restores grout lines in kitchens, bathrooms and entryways to a color close to the original.
Water damage drying and restoration
Water extraction, structural drying and dehumidification after a leak or flood. A fast response limits the risk of mold.

Call, or send the form with a photo of the area. We answer any hour and set a visit at a time that suits you.

Inspection and estimate
The technician comes to the property, inspects the fiber, tests the dyes in an inconspicuous spot, and gives you the price and the method before any work begins.

Deep cleaning
Heated cleaning solution is injected into the fiber and extracted together with the soil. Stairs, edges and corners are finished by hand.

Walk-through and drying
We review the result with you before leaving. Carpet is usually walkable within two hours; air movers are available when a room must be ready sooner.

Why the colors return

Question 1: How often should carpet be professionally cleaned?
Every 6 to 12 months for most homes. Traffic and pets decide where a room falls in that range: a hallway in a house with a dog and children is at the short end, a spare bedroom at the long end.
Question 2: How long before we can walk on it?
Most carpet is walkable within about two hours and dry the same day. Fabric sofas take 4 to 8 hours and leather is faster. Tell us when you book if a room must be back in use sooner and we bring air movers.
Question 3: Are the products safe around children and pets?
We use non-toxic, biodegradable products that are safe for children and pets. No ventilation is required afterwards, and pets can remain in the home.
Question 4: Can you get an old pet stain out?
Often. The odor usually sits in the padding rather than in the carpet, and that is where the treatment goes. Where urine has permanently changed the color of the fiber, cleaning will not restore it, and we tell you before the work begins.
Question 5: Do you have a shop we can bring rugs to?
No. Every service is performed at your home or business, including area rugs and the hardwood or tile underneath them, across all eight counties we cover.
