Booking
Book a visit
Pick a day, pick a time window and send the form. A technician calls or texts to confirm the window, and the written estimate is agreed before any work begins.

Choose a day and a time window
The form below reaches the technicians directly. Sending it holds the slot while we confirm the exact hour with you by call or text.
The visit
How a visit runs.
Four stages, the same on every job, from the confirmation call to the walk-through at the door.
We call or text to confirm the day and the four hour window, then again when the technician sets out, so you know the hour rather than the window.
On arrival the technician looks at the fiber, tests the dyes in an inconspicuous spot and confirms the method and the price with you before anything is switched on.
Heated cleaning solution goes into the pile under pressure and comes straight back out with the soil. Stairs, edges and corners are finished by hand.
We go through every room with you before leaving and point out anything that did not come out. Carpet is usually walkable in about two hours.
Time windows
The four time windows.
Each window is four hours wide, or three in the middle of the day. Pick the one that suits the household and we narrow it to an hour on the confirmation call.
Best for empty rooms before the working day, and for a floor that has to be dry by the evening.
The shortest window. Suits an apartment or a single room where access is easy.
Suits a household with children at school, and gives carpet time to dry before bedtime.
For anyone who cannot be at home during the day. We work by appointment at any hour.
Requests are taken at any hour of the day or night. The visit itself falls inside one of these four windows unless you ask for something else.
Before the visit
What to prepare.
Nothing here is required, and none of it changes the price. It saves time on the day and it protects the things a cleaning machine should not meet.
Tell us the floor and whether the building has an elevator. Buildings without one are routine and the equipment goes up by hand. If management asks for a certificate of insurance or a reserved service elevator, name the building when you book and we arrange it in advance.
A space near the door is all we need. Permit blocks and narrow streets are ordinary in these towns, so tell us what parking looks like at your address and we plan the arrival around it.
Pets can stay in the home. The products are non-toxic and no ventilation is needed afterwards. Tell us where the animals will be so a door is never left open behind a technician.
Clear toys, shoes, plant pots, cables and anything breakable off the floor. We move what two people can safely lift and put it back afterwards; beds, dressers and anything holding electronics or glass are best cleared beforehand.
Service area
Where we come to.
We cover Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Middlesex, Morris, Passaic, Somerset and Union counties, 228 towns in all. Every service is performed at your home or business, area rugs included. There is no shop to visit and nothing to drop off.

Frequently asked questions
Question 1: How soon can you come?
Most visits are booked two or three days out, and slots open sooner when a job finishes early. If you need someone today, call (908) 545-9387 and we will tell you what is still open.
Question 2: What does the time window mean?
It is the four hour period the technician arrives in. We call or text before setting out, so on the day you know the hour rather than the window. A visit to one or two rooms usually takes an hour to ninety minutes once the technician is inside.
Question 3: Does booking commit me to anything?
No. Requesting a visit costs nothing and holds you to nothing. The technician inspects the floor, tests the fiber and gives you the written price before any work begins, and you decide at that point.
Prefer to book by phone?
The line is answered at any hour by appointment, and you speak with a technician who performs the work rather than a call center.
