About our service in Carteret
Carteret is part of our Middlesex County service area, and our technicians cover the whole municipality.
In Carteret we like to start with the stairs. A carpeted flight takes the most traffic in the house and shows it first, and because no machine head sits flat on a tread, every step is worked by hand after the extraction pass. From there the same visit usually covers the living room carpet, a sofa or two and whatever rug sits in the hall. We identify the fibre before anything gets wet, so wool and synthetic are treated as the different materials they are.
Sofas and armchairs in Carteret
Upholstery is cleaned in the room it lives in. The fabric is tested somewhere hidden first, then cleaned with the same heated solution and extraction as the carpet, and most pieces are dry by the evening.
Drying and the written estimate
Carpet in Carteret is walkable in about two hours and dry the same day. You get a written estimate before the work starts, not a number that changes at the door.

Questions
Questions from Carteret customers
Question 1: Do you cover Carteret?
Yes. Carteret is one of the 25 municipalities we cover in Middlesex County. There is no shop and nothing to drop off. We bring the equipment to the property, and bookings are taken at any hour.
Question 2: Is parking or access a problem at our address?
Rarely, and it is easier when we know first. Tell us whether there is a driveway, permit parking or a loading area in Carteret, and we plan the access and the parking before the visit.
Question 3: Do you clean sofas and armchairs in the house?
Yes. Upholstery is cleaned in the room it lives in. The fabric is tested in a hidden spot first, then cleaned by the same hot-water extraction as the carpet, and most pieces are dry by the evening.
Question 4: Can an area rug be cleaned at home in Carteret?
In most cases yes. The fibre is identified and the dyes are tested in a corner first, and the rug is cleaned on a protected floor. Where a rug should not be wet-cleaned in a living room, we say so before booking.

I was extremely satisfied. The carpets look brand new, and-most importantly-everything was done right on time, exactly as we had agreed. They work very quickly and professionally.

Because it was positioned so close to a light window, our leather couch had become lifeless, scuffed, and overall dried up. Amazing results were achieved on the material after a thorough cleaning and subsequent expert conditioning treatment. It looks really expensive, smells like rich leather, and is soft to the touch.
