Yes. Ask when you book and we will send the building's management whatever they require ahead of the appointment. It is much easier to arrange in advance than on the day.
Do you clean brownstone stairs?
Constantly — it is one of the most common jobs downtown. Steep narrow stairs are cleaned by hand on every tread, riser and carpeted stringer, which is the only way that surface can be done properly.
Where will you park?
Wherever the building allows. If there is a loading dock, a service entrance or a visitor space that can be reserved, tell us. Where there is nothing, we work from the nearest legal spot and carry.
Can you work around a small apartment full of furniture?
Yes. We move what two people can safely lift and put it back. In a small downtown apartment we often work in halves so there is always somewhere to stand things.
