Question 2: Is carpet in a finished basement worth cleaning, or should it be replaced?
If it has only ever seen ordinary dirt, it cleans like any other carpet. If it has been under flood water, it depends on the water and the time: we measure moisture in the pad and subfloor and tell you whether cleaning or replacement is the better option.
Question 3: Can you get pet odor out, or just mask it?
Out, when the source is in the carpet or the pad, extraction reaches where the accident reached, which a surface clean does not. Odor that returns a week after cleaning was never removed, only rinsed at the top. If the urine reached the subfloor we say so, because that layer needs sealing, not shampoo.
Question 4: Do you cover the towns around Oakland too?
