About our service in Boonton Township
Boonton Township is part of our Morris County service area, and our technicians cover the whole municipality.
4,380 residents across 8.12 square miles, which in practice means a mix of housing rather than one kind, so the useful question when you call is what is on your floor, not what the town is like. All services are performed at the house, and bookings are taken at any hour.
Boonton is a township in Morris County, New Jersey, incorporated in 1867, with 4,380 residents at the 2020 census. Elevation of 518 feet (158 m) per U.S. Powerville Hotel (1820s, reputed former Underground Railroad stop) and McCaffrey Lane (built 1767) are here. Locally it is read by its sections, Deer Pond, Dixons Pond, Powerville, Rockaway Valley, Sheep Hill, and a job is quoted on the one you are in rather than on the town line. Named for colonial governor Thomas Boone, originally 'Boone-Towne' (1761); incorporated April 11, 1867 from portions of Pequannock Township. Mountain Lakes borough was carved out of the township on March 3, 1924. It borders Boonton, Denville Township, Kinnelon, Montville, Mountain Lakes.
The housing in Boonton
Historic Powerville section includes the 1820s Powerville Hotel and the Dixon Homestead. Rockaway Valley section retains 18th-century farm holdings; McCaffrey Lane (built 1767) is the township's oldest recorded thoroughfare. A building with its own rules is a different appointment from a house with a driveway, and both are ordinary once they are known in advance.
Water damage in Boonton Township
Census Bureau data; no rivers, lakes, or parks are named in the article's Geography section. After any water event, drying is measured with a moisture meter. It stops when the materials read dry, not when the room looks finished.

Questions
Questions from Boonton Township customers
Question 1: Do you cover Boonton?
Yes, it is one of the 39 municipalities we cover in Morris County. We are a service-area business, so the only thing that changes between towns is the drive.
Question 2: What happens on the day in Boonton Township?
The fibre is identified, the floor is vacuumed dry, the traffic lanes and the spots are pre-treated and given time to work, then everything is cleaned and rinsed under extraction. Nothing is left sitting in the pile to pull soil back.
Question 3: Does the age of the houses in Boonton change anything?
It changes the method. Historic Powerville section includes the 1820s Powerville Hotel and the Dixon Homestead, and a stock of that kind decides whether a floor wants controlled moisture and a dye test or a straightforward hot-water extraction. We identify the fibre before anything gets wet, every time.
Question 4: The carpet in a Boonton Township basement got wet. Do we clean it or pull it out?
The carpet is often saveable and the padding usually is not, because a pad holds water long after the face of a carpet has dried. A lower level is cooler and damper than the floors above it as well, so air movers are standard down there rather than optional, and we keep reading the materials until they are dry.

Jacob was the best. We had a pet accident that he took care of. He was quickly able to clean an area rug and honestly saved the day. Great work, will call again.

We used Carpet Cleaning Wizards to remove dog urine from a large area carpet. Jacob was timely in arrival, professional and friendly. He was efficient in taking care of the job and very pleasant while doing it. Would recommend this business.

There was a big difference in the living room rugs. Extraction brought out layers of dirt. Nearly invisible stains remain. Completely happy.
