Fort Lee is a borough in Bergen County, New Jersey, incorporated in 1904, with 40,191 residents at the 2020 census. Residential high-rises along the Palisade Avenue-Boulevard East corridor since the 1960s, several over 300 feet tall. Population and housing density rose considerably through the 1960s and 1970s with high-rise apartment construction. Its Koreatown, established since the mid-1980s, is part of one of the largest and fastest-growing ethnic Korean enclaves outside Korea.
